The manufacturing process of electronic connector starts from stamping pin. Through the large high-speed stamping machine, the electronic connector (PIN) is punched by metal belt. Large metal band front end into the punching machine, the other end passes through the punching machine, hydraulic table wrapped into the take-up wheel, by pulling out the metal belt and belt wheel roll roll stamping products.

The connector pin should be sent to the plating section after stamping. At this stage, the electronic contact surface of the connector will be plated with various metal coatings.

The plastic box seat of the electronic connector is made in the injection molding stage. The usual process is to inject molten plastic into the metal film and then rapidly cool it into shape.

The final stage of electronic connector manufacturing is final assembly. There are two ways to insert the plated pin into the injection box seat: single pair or combination. The single pair of inserting refers to inserting one pin at each time; the combination of the opposite pins is one time inserting multiple pins at the same time with the box seat.
